This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its convenient location close to a metro station makes it easy to access both Lisbon airport and popular tourist attractions in the city. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms, although small, are equipped with basic amenities such as a shower, toiletries. The varied continental breakfast, including tasty scrambled eggs and coffee machines, is a delightful bonus.

The location of Excelsior was excellent, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a white-glove service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a shower. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including coffee, tea, marmalade, cheese.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and various attractions. It was great to be able to walk to most places and have the metro close by. The internet connection was also excellent, a big plus for me as I needed to stay connected.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to my standards. The room I stayed in had some issues, such as a dated bathroom and a sliding door to the balcony that couldn't be completely closed.
